START: where we are going

With six operational centres totalling 95,000 sq ft of net accommodation in the UK, in addition to our headquarters based in the 55,000 sq ft St John's Innovation Centre (SJIC), and a development programme to create a further 105,000 sq ft in the next 3 years, START aims to grow its operational portfolio by both acquisition and land development. Our mission is to create developments where our operational centre is at the heart of larger business and mixed use communities.

START will develop through a unique combination of product and process. We aim to create better products and customer services that provide both creative and supportive environments for a range of clients by involvement in the whole process from market research, through to design, development and operation. This is a unique strength in the UK property industry, where separate professionals and profit centres are often counterproductive to defining and delivering the client’s real needs.
