At Dartford Park we are working with ProLogis and
Dartford Borough Council to create a 'Fourth Generation' Science
Park. The site is strategically located in the heart of the Thames Gateway,
adjacent to junction 1a of the M25. The Science Park comprises 350,000 sq
ft and includes a 32,000 sq ft Innovation Centre. It forms part of a 3 m
sq ft mixed use development, including residential, recreation, office use
and logistics.
We are working in partnership with the Universities
of Kent, Greenwich, Imperial College and East London to deliver a stimulating
environment for innovation and technology. It includes:
- An Innovation Centre for start-up and growing businesses
- Move on space as to cater for growth businesses as they develop and traditional Science Park accommodation
- Live/work residential area
- Dedicated provision of business support and access to finance
START Dartford is scheduled to open in 2007
