A continuation from our top tips on how to hold a successful business event.
Make sure to build a big buzz using social media. Post plenty of pictures, so potential attendees can get excited over the event. Also consider having someone in your team, controlling social media accounts during the event. A good example would be live tweeting, posting pictures on Instagram etc.
On the day of your event, make sure you’re organised, prepared and positive about the day ahead. Even with any mistakes that happen, if you stay positive then it can make the situation much easier to deal with.
Have someone collect contact information of your attendees. This can be a great help for future promotions, or advertising of events. You then can contact them afterwards and thank them for attending your event, building positive rapport.
