Then you get down to the hands on jobs. Who is in charge of the event? Delegate roles to your key employees. Make sure everyone is clear of their responsibilities. This could be the difference between having chairs at your event, or having your guests stand!
Finally consider your marketing plan. How are you promoting the event? How will your promotion entice people to come to your event? Think like the consumer when considering all of this.
