Nucleus, a 30,000 sq ft business and innovation centre based at the heart of the London Science and Business Park, 328,000 sq ft of office, laboratory and studio space at The Bridge in Dartford.

The Bridge is a partnership between ProLogis and Dartford Borough Council and is the first of the major regeneration schemes in the Thames Gateway. The 264-acre mixed use development is strategically located in the heart of the Thames Gateway, adjacent to junction 1a of the M25 and will be served by the new Fastrack public transport system which will connect The Bridge to facilities such as Ebbsfleet International Station, Bluewater, Darent Vally Hospital and railway stations at Dartford, Greenhithe and Gravesend.

In our role as Science Park Manager and operators of The Nucleus, we are working in partnership with the Universities of Kent, Greenwich, Imperial College and East London to deliver a stimulating environment for innovation and technology. The Science Park will provide an opportunity for technology-based industries to locate in Dartford, contributing to the provision of business growth environments in the Thames Gateway and the wider region. It includes:
